I've had a number of requests from people who want to buy a copy of my thesis. I have no more copies left, but today I made Personal Publishing Environments available at Lulu.com. The preview below is with colours, but the printed version is in black and white to keep the costs down. It is not the original cover either - I didn't have the original cover, so I made a new one using Lulu's editor.
The book is hardcover, and is going to cost you $30, which is less than what I will have to pay for a paperback copy at the printshop in Bergen.
